springairwow.com provides professionally produced retail advertising videos for authorized retailers to purchase. Videos are intended for use in broadcast, digital, and social media marketing, subject to the license terms outlined below. All products are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the authority to purchase marketing materials on behalf of your business

  • You will use the content in compliance with all applicable advertising laws

 

3. Purchases & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  • All sales are final (see Refund Policy below).

 

4. Digital Product Delivery

  • Purchased videos will be delivered via download link, email, or secure hosting (e.g., Vimeo).

  • Delivery typically occurs within the timeframe stated on the Website or order confirmation.

5. License & Usage Rights

6. Customization & Revisions

If customization services are included with a purchased commercial (such as store name, logo, location, or similar retailer-specific elements), the following terms apply:

  • Each customized commercial includes one (1) round of revisions at no additional cost.

  • A “revision” is defined as reasonable adjustments to the originally requested customization (e.g., correcting text, swapping provided assets, or minor timing edits).

  • Additional revisions beyond the initial included round may be subject to additional fees, which will be quoted and approved in advance.

  • Requests that materially change the concept, structure, or creative direction of the commercial are not considered revisions and may require a new purchase or custom quote.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all preview materials carefully before approving final delivery.

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or chargebacks once delivery has occurred

  • Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion for technical delivery issues

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on springairwow.com - including videos, graphics, text, logos, animations, and designs is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
